RETURN POLICY

We completely understand if there are reasons that the product needs to be returned. Our return policy is listed in detail here :

REFUNDS

The order amount will be credited to you within 10-days from the day of initiating the refund. In case of returns, the refund will be initiated once the returned product is reviewed and inspected by our team.

If a Product is returned under our Return Policy, the value of such product, as originally paid by you will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and The Metal Project or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online account.


If you opted for Cash on Delivery, the order amount will be credited to your bank account via NEFT. Any Customised Order placed online or offline is NON-REFUNDABLE, the amount paid will only be refunded or replaced if there are any manufacturing defects in the product delivered.

Please note that order once placed cannot be cancelled.

Please immediately send us an email to dishaa@themetalproject.co.in within 24-48 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Name of the product received

  • Date of delivery of the product

  • Nature of damage and/or defect

  • Colour photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect

We do use robust packaging but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If we have a replacement available we will exchange it for you as soon as we can (available only in Mumbai), or we will offer you an alternative.
